Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect your time and only accept your booking when we can dedicate our time to you.

So everything runs smoothly we require SMS confirmation from all our guests. These confirmations are sent out 2 to 3 days before your appointment.

Please respect our time and let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

We expect at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We do understand that last minute cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however we are not able to run our business without this policy in place.

Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee which will need to be paid prior to another appointment being made.

No-show clients will be charged 100% of the booked service which will need to be paid prior to another appointment being made.
